Returns Policy

Returns will not be accepted on custom orders.

Returns will not be accepted on any piece that has been damaged by you, altered or if you change your mind. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with the tag still attached, original packaging and original receipt. If an item is defective or faulty a claim must be made by email within 7 days of receipt of the item, any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.

It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the piece and we recommend the piece be sent back via registered post or courier as we take no responsibility for loss of returned items in transit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Please note colours are represented as closely as possible on our website, facebook page and on instagram, please keep in mind colours may vary on computer screens. Also be aware that because of the handmade nature of the millinery no two hats will be identical.

Please email for all issues regarding the return or exchange of items. Please ensure you have received a return or exchange approval before you send back your piece or they will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed within 7 days.
