Q. How do I place an order?

A. To order a hat or make an enquiry, please complete and submit the enquiry form on the contact page. You will then be contacted via email to discuss your request and costs. If you prefer, you can also telephone us or visit Raffia & Co 58 Main St Grenfell NSW 2810, to discuss a custom made piece. Bespoke orders usually start at around $250.

Full payment is required when confirming your order. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit, Paypal or Credit Card.

Lisa Schaefer Millinery is a highly personalised and bespoke business. This personalised service can be achieved by email and telephone, however if practical an appointment is preferred.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. Full payment is required when an order is placed. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit (preferred option), Paypal or Credit Card. 

Q. How long will my order take?

A. Unless you are purchasing a hat that is in stock, hats are tailor made and take approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on demand. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

Q. How about sizing?

A. Lisa's hats are usually one size fits all and are stitched to a headband or elastic. If a hat is a specific size on the website it will be detailed.

Q. How much is postage?

A. Postage and handling costs can be advised on ordering. All hats are posted registered mail, insured and packaged in an elegant box. Usually postage and handling within Australia is approximately $25.00.
